My name is Aiden Duncan. I am 21 years old. I coach hitting, pitching, and fielding for all ages.

I've played competitive baseball for ten years across programs like the Dalhousie Tigers, Ottawa Knights, Watson Elite, Bytown Dodgers, and East Nepean Eagles, and have been coaching for five years. I started coaching because I wanted to pass on what those years of playing taught me. My focus is on helping players build real, repeatable skills so the game gets easier and more enjoyable.

My coaching draws from years of direct training with some of the best in the game, Greg Hamilton (named the 6th most influential Canadian in baseball), Ryan Fuller (current Orioles hitting coach), Tanner Watson (drafted by the Mariners), Matt Linder (drafted by the Phillies), and Steve Renaud, who earned player of the decade honours at Carleton University and played at Monroe Community College, combined with hundreds of hours of independent research on mechanics and technique.
